How was this look personalised? Alice cut off the sleeves of her denim topshop shirt, tied it at the front and combined this with a stripe vest which oozes a summer vibe. She finished off with, black shorts and tights (work uniform requirement); throw on a leather jacket and this outfit is perfect for those chilly autumn days.
